Testimonials
During my time with Ryne, I have seen many, many ups and downs. Through it all, he has been friendly, respectful, helpful, and reliable. I am grateful for all the support he has given me over the years, and I’m in a far better place today because of the work he’s done with me.

Frequently asked questions
A coach is a trained professional who helps individuals set and achieve personal goals, build healthy habits, and navigate life transitions. As a recovery, life, and mental health coach, I support clients in areas like addiction recovery, emotional wellbeing, mindset growth, and creating a fulfilling life—without offering therapy or medical treatment.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While therapy may explore past trauma or diagnose mental health conditions, coaching is about helping you identify goals, overcome obstacles, and take concrete steps toward the life you want. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, and I’ll always refer out when therapeutic support is more appropriate.
I work exclusively with men—whether you're in or seeking recovery, navigating a major life transition, managing your mental and emotional wellbeing, or simply trying to live with more purpose. Whether you're newly sober, feeling stuck, or just need someone to walk alongside you, coaching offers a judgment-free space to explore what’s next.
We’ll talk through what you’re currently experiencing, identify goals or challenges, and explore tools, strategies, and mindset shifts that support your growth. Every session is personalized to your needs.
You can inquire about booking a session by filling out the contact form on my website. Once I receive your information, I’ll reach out to discuss next steps and scheduling. Sessions are available via Zoom, phone, or in person, depending on what works best for you.
My rates vary depending on the type of service you’re looking for and whether sessions are held in person or online. For detailed pricing and to find the option that best fits your needs, please fill out the inquiry form on my website, and I’ll be happy to provide more information.
That’s completely normal. Taking the first step is often the hardest. Our first call is simply a conversation—no pressure, no commitment. It’s a safe space to explore whether coaching feels right for you.
Yes! I offer a [15/30]-minute complimentary discovery call so we can get to know each other and see if it’s a good match.
